New Employees must complete the New Hire Checklist, submit TD1, TD1BC, Direct Deposit form and any applicable Group Pension & Benefit forms to the Finance Office upon hire and prior to employees first day of scheduled work.

Group Benefits Enrolment – For New Hires or New to Benefits Plan Employees visit our Benefits Page
Please note that there is a 20 hour or 0.50 FTE minimum work-week requirement to participate in our Group Benefit Plan. Mandatory participation is required; however, for Dental & Extended Health benefits, you can waive those specific benefits only if you are covered as a dependent spouse through your spouse’s employer plan.
Pension plan is optional, once on the Pension plan an employee cannot go off the plan.

Payworks
Employees are paid through Payworks software.
Each employee will receive an email for information on how to login for first time users.
Paystubs will be emailed to employees one day prior to payday.

Using your Payworks Customer ID, User Name and Password you are able to login and view your pay statements.

Password: Employees will receive a temporary password and must set up their own.
